DR. CLIFF WAGNER, MD, FACEP
Dr. Cliff Wagner has been a prominent figure in Emergency Medicine in Connecticut for twenty five years. He began his career as attending physician at Mount Sinai Hospital in Hartford where he became Chief of the Department of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Wagner helped to facilitate the transition of the Mount Sinai Emergency Department to Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center following the merger of the two institutions.
Dr. Wagner was appointed Medical Director of Emergency Medical Services at Saint Francis Hospital and was an attending Emergency Medicine physician at that institution for four years before joining the Connecticut Emergency Medicine Specialists (CEMS) team at Bristol Hospital. In 2008, Dr. Wagner was appointed Chairman of the Section of Emergency Medicine and Medical Director at Bristol Hospital and in 2011 moved with CEMS to Griffin Hospital in Derby, Connecticut. In 2012 he became Medical Director of Urgent Care for CEMS.
Dr. Wagner is Board Certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Lawrence Levine, MD FACEP
Dr. Lawrence Levine specializes in Emergency Medicine, having completed his residency training at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, and is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of The American College of Emergency Physicians. Almost all of his 28 year career has been in leadership positions, having served as the Medical Director and Chairman at Emergency Departments in California and Connecticut.
Dr. Levine has also served as the President of the Connecticut College of Emergency Physicians, Chairman of the Connecticut Hospital Association Group of Emergency Department Directors, and was appointed by Governor Jodi Rell as the only practicing Physician on the Task Force on Connecticut Hospitals.

Michelle London Caudle PA-C
London Caudle PA-C has specialized in Urgent Care Medicine since 2006. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Brigham Young University and went on to postgraduate school at AT Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences where she earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Thomas J. Balga PA-C
Tom Balga PA-C specializes in Emergency Medicine and has practiced since 1996. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Fairfield University and continued on to postgraduate school at Quinnipiac University where he earned a Master’s Degree from the Physician Assistant Program. He is the Lead Supervising Physician Assistant in the Department of Emergency Medicine, Yale-New Haven Hospital, Saint Raphael Campus. He holds an academic appointment as an Adjunct Professor at Yale University, Physician Assistant Program as well as a Clinical Instructor appointment at Quinnipiac University Physician Assistant Program. He is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
